eSIM Installation Guide
Step-by-step: set up your eSIM on your device

Open Settings
Tap the Settings app on your iPhone / iPad.

Cellular → Add eSIM
Go to Settings → Cellular → Tap Add eSIM.
On iPhones with iOS 16+ the option may be called Add Data Plan.

Scan QR code
Point the camera at the QR code from your order confirmation.

Name & confirm eSIM
Give it a name and confirm the installation.

Select data plan
Set the new eSIM as your Default Data Plan.
Your physical SIM stays active for calls/SMS in Dual SIM mode.

Enable roaming (if needed)
Settings → Cellular → your eSIM → enable Data Roaming.
